No!

Charles was eating his lunch and had managed to smear green beans all over his face and hands. I took out a baby wipe to clean his hands, but when I went for his face, he turned away and said, "No." And so it begins.

I feel a tooth!

Charles finally has a tooth coming in! We can feel it poking through on the bottom.

Kazoo

Charles picked up William kazoo last night to chew on it like he has done before, but suddenly he started blowing and then humming into the kazoo. He was playing it! How cool!

Meeting Woody

We were playing in the playroom yesterday, and I pulled out the Woody doll for Charles to see. I pulled its string, and Charles looked on wide eyed. I put it away, and he tried to reach for it. When I brought it back down, he reached out to touch it and suddenly recoiled. He was afraid of it! After taking more time with him, Charles finally touched Woody's face. It was really interesting to watch.

Bottoms up!

Charles is worn out from playing with the gears on the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse book and learning to pull on the banjo on the music table to make it spin. I could just see the wheels turning in his brain.
