Daddy had the boys for an hour Friday night while Mommy had to go to her choral concert and before the grandparents came to babysit. He said Charles got tired of eating, so he put him on the floor to play. After a few minutes, Charles crawled over to his swing, pulled up, and looked at Daddy. Daddy asked if he wanted in, and Charles hit the swing. Daddy put him in, and Charles grabbed his passy and settled in to watch tv until he fell asleep.
This morning, he was playing in our bedroom while we were getting ready for church. He got fussy and then crawled over to his bouncy seat and tried to climb in. I helped him in and fastened him, and he sat contentedly watching William play until time to leave. I guess he knows when he is tired and ready to rest!
