Stairs already!

Charles used to be safe in the playroom. I could put the gate in the doorway to the hall, and the stairs leading up to the master bedroom could not be conquered--until today. Charles climbed up the bottom step today and had a seat. Then he fell off. It is all carpeted with a very low step, but my safe room is no longer. He is only 7 months old! I need more safe time! Oh, by the way, he stood very briefly yesterday. Yay! But also, really?
